With the demand for Natural Gas growing and existing infrastructure getting older, new gas lines are continuously being installed along existing roadways, new roadways, and utility corridors. Process Pipeline Services has the experience necessary to understand the complexities and to navigate existing obstacles for the routing of new gas lines. PPS has an extensive portfolio of plastic and coated steel pipeline projects covering a wide range of lengths and challenges. Through PPS’s coordination, the task of determining the requirements of geo-technical investigation, and the identification of existing and proposed utilities, any new alignment can be completed.

PPS offers complete engineering services including planning, design study reports, utility investigations, geotechnical exploration programs, and assistance with bid development and review.

HDD's

Horizontal Direction Drills (HDDs) are quickly becoming the preferred method of installing pipelines to traverse difficult obstacles, such as rivers, highways, environmentally sensitive areas, and busy intersections. The method requires the design to have complete information about existing utilities, subsurface conditions, property lines, and topography.

PPS has an extensive portfolio of plastic and coated steel pipeline HDD design projects consisting of short drills through to a 2,500’ drill a navigable tidal river. PPS can provide complete engineering services including planning, utility investigations, geotechnical exploration, HDD alignments and profiles.
